Flagship Store Manager Marina Bay Sands (Maison 21G Paris)

As the Flagship Store Manager, you will be the face and operational heart of our Maison 21G boutique at Marina Bay Sands. Your mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, lead an empowered and expert team, and uphold the brands luxury positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive store sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver Maison 21Gs signature bespoke perfume experience to VIP clients and new customers
- Cultivate strong client relationships and maintain a clienteling mindset
- Ensure impeccable grooming, service standards, and storytelling aligned with brand values
Team Leadership
- Lead, and inspire a team of Fragrance Designers
- Schedule and manage daily operations, team performance, and staff engagement
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and role-playing sessions
- Foster a positive, inclusive, clienteling and performance-driven culture
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory, merchandising, and visual displays
- Ensure accurate stock control and inventory audits
- Manage store expenses and optimize operational efficiency
- Implement and uphold all brand SOPs, health & safety standards, and security protocols
Marketing & Events
- Coordinate with HQ and marketing team for in-store activations, VIP events, and seasonal campaigns
- Identify and act on local sales opportunities and partnerships within MBS
- Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the HQ team
Who You Are
- At least 45 years of retail experience as a boutique manager or assistant boutique director, including 2+ years in a managerial role
- Background in luxury retail, beauty, cosmetics, or fragrance strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Mandarin is a strong plus
- Proven track record in sales leadership and customer service excellence
- Confident, well-groomed, and a natural brand ambassador
- Passionate about fragrance, personalization, and empowering experiences
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
