The Experience You Will Create

Welcome and engage clients with warmth, confidence and genuine attentiveness
Offer personalized consultations and thoughtfully recommend products suited to each client's needs and lifestyle
Develop a strong understanding of our products, formulations, ingredients, benefits and application techniques
Create a seamless and memorable beauty journey from consultation through to purchase
Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and thoughtful follow-up
Achieve individual and boutique sales objectives while maintaining the highest standards of client experience
Ensure every transaction, exchange and purchase is handled with accuracy, discretion and professionalism
Maintain the elegance and presentation of the boutique in accordance with brand standards
Support inventory management, stock replenishment and visual merchandising
Contribute to the smooth and seamless operation of the boutique

The ability to work independently while being a thoughtful and supportive team member
Previous experience in prestige beauty, skincare, cosmetics or luxury retail is preferred
A willingness to learn and develop strong product and beauty expertise training will be provided
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
