Key Responsibilities

Deliver an elevated, personalized in-store experience through attentive consultation and expert product recommendations
Curate tailored skincare and beauty solutions that reflect each client's unique needs and lifestyle
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product formulations, ingredients, and advanced beauty techniques
Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and thoughtful engagement
Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while upholding the highest service standards
Execute POS transactions, exchanges, and client purchases with precision and professionalism
Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
Contribute to the seamless day-to-day operations of the store

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
Refined interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset
A polished, confident presence with a natural flair for sales and service excellence
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong understanding of skincare ingredients, skin types, and application techniques
Prior experience in beauty or luxury retail is preferred (training will be provided)
Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Able to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
