Our client is in the electronics industry and they have a few openings for the Retail Sales Associate position
The primary goal is to drive store sales and productivity by delivering a good customer experience. As a Retail Sales Associate, you are responsible for meeting individual sales targets, maintaining a high-energy presence on the sales floor, and ensuring that every customer interaction exceeds expectations through personalized service.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Productivity: Take full ownership of individual sales goals and utilize company training and resources to maximize performance.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term loyalty with customers
- Adaptive Selling: Tailor your sales approach by reading customer cues to provide good customer service and recommend the right products
- Team Collaboration: Participate as a proactive team member, encouraging colleagues to meet and exceed store performance standards.
- Performance Tracking: Consistently use internal communication tools to stay informed about individual and store-wide performance metrics.
Requirements
- Experience: Open to candidates from various sales environments however, those with prior retail electronics experience will be preferred
- Interpersonal Skills: Must possess high interpersonal savviness, optimism, and excellent communication skill
- Industry Passion: A genuine interest in the electronics retail and service industry.
- Flexibility: Must be comfortable with a retail schedule, including weekends, and public holidays. 6 days work week, 11am/12pm start - 8/9pm end
- Tech Savvy: Ability to learn and use store communication and performance tracking tools effectively.
