Nails Technician

Job Description

• Perform nails-related services for customers
• Handle customer's enquiries and appointments
• Update customer records promptly and correctly
• Follow up with Customer's treatment progress and effectively provide customers with solutions when necessary
• Achieve sales and/or service targets
• Ensure deficiencies such as customer complaints are resolved on time and proper corrective and preventive actions are taken
• Perform salon duties that are assigned e.g., housekeeping or inventory duties
• Assist Branch Manager to ensure smooth running of outlet operations
