We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Retail Operations Executive to support the daily operations of our retail store. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth store operations, delivering excellent customer experiences, and supporting sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
- Lead and supervise casuals to ensure smooth retail operations and excellent customer service
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, credit card and digital payments, while ensuring accurate daily reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and liaise with suppliers
- Prepare weekly sales and inventory reports to support business decisions
- Follow up on customer feedback and ensure service recovery where needed
- Maintain accurate updates in POS and inventory systems
- Support visual merchandising and retail campaigns to enhance store presentation and sales
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
- At least 1 years of retail operations experience
- Familiar with POS systems, cashiering, and inventory management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player who is organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
