Job Description:
The Retail Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Drive store sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Recruit, train, and manage store staff, including performance evaluations and scheduling.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stocking of merchandise.
- Manage store budgets, prepare financial reports, and implement cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain a safe and clean store environment, and oversee loss prevention.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and retail management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
