Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Leasing professional based in Singapore. Key responsibilities include managing leasing transactions, negotiating leases, fostering strong relationships to support client retention, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also involves regular communication with clients and stakeholders, and overseeing leasing and marketing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or qualify to be registered as RES with CEA
- Proficiency in Retail Leasing or Sales & Marketing preferably in the real estate sector
- Solid understanding of Leases and Lease Administration to manage transactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to strengthen relationships with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders
- Attention to detail and organisational skills for managing documents and processes effectively
- Experience in retail or real estate industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
- Proactive, collaborative, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
