Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Retail Leasing role based in Singapore. The Retail Leasing professional will be responsible for sourcing and securing retail leasing opportunities for revenue generation, building and managing relationships with brands, operators and property owners, structure and negotiate deals from pitch to close as well as supporting market research, site analysis and leasing strategy development. We expect our people to be highly driven and motivated self-starters, independent yet open to collaborate with team members, and with a deep conviction to build a long-term career in the retail real estate sector. Qualifications
- Must hold a Real Estate Salesperson (RES) licence or be qualified to be registered as RES with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA)
- Experience in Retail Leasing, agency, asset management or related fields
- Knowledge of tenant categories and leasing dynamics
- Strong communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Commercially-minded, confident and detail-oriented
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and tenant management
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced on-site environment
