Senior Retail Leasing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Leasing Manager in planning and optimizing retail spaces, including evaluating trade and tenant mix.
• Source and secure tenants aligned with the mall's positioning through cold calls, site viewings, negotiations, and lease renewals.
• Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements, documentation, and promotional materials.
• Monitor tenant sales, rental trends, lease performance, and generate management reports using leasing systems and analytical tools.
• Conduct market research to track retail trends and support strategic leasing decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to support engagement and retention.
• Ensure timely rent collection and follow up on overdue payments.
• Manage tenant and vendor submissions related to monthly GTO sales via internal systems.
• Support optimization of lease management systems and participate in initiatives to develop new retail concepts.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date tenancy, sales, and leasing records.
