- Position : Retail Associate

- Working hours : Retail Hours (42 Hours a week)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,450 Basic + Commission + OT + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and outlet sales targets set by management.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product enquiries.
- Understand customers needs and recommend suitable products.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment.
- Support stock receiving, unpacking, tagging, barcoding and display replenishment.
- Ensure sufficient inventory and follow stock control procedures.
- Submit sales reports, customer feedback and other updates to management.
- Perform other retail duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum N-Level, O-Level, ITE or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of retail experience preferred.
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, proactive and able to work independently.
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Able to commit to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
