Retail Associate

Sales/Promotion Management

- Executing of consumers and sales promotion campaigns to ensure that monthly sales targets are met.

- To provide a high level of service to customers and build good rapport with Floor sales staff of outlet assigned.

- To increase sell-through, through product demonstrations.

- Close monitoring of stock with prompt ordering and clearing of slow-moving stock

- Attend to walk-in customers queries and sale of Canon range of products.

- To provide support to major show/training programs/seminars as assigned.

Administration

- Provide Market Intelligence and prompt feedback on competitors activities, promotions and price changes.

- Submit all sales incentives and time sheet on time.

- to handle customers complaints and requests.

Display/Merchandising

- To ensure in-store displays are up to date and according to Company's direction and brand guidelines.

- Liaise with outlet on Display space allocation and support.

- Maintain cleanliness of displays and the surrounding space.

Requirement

. At least O Level and above Qualifications

. Great communication skill and have a pleasant dispositions.

. Able to work on weekday, weekdays and public holiday based on schedules.

. Comfortable to interact with customers.

. Comfortable to work on retail hours.

. Comfortable to take on a contract role of 12-month renewable basis

. Able to work on various location within Singapore
