Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch customer service & build lasting client relationships
- Share product knowledge & brand values confidently
- Drive sales and support store goals
- Manage cashiering & daily sales reporting
- Maintain store cleanliness & attractive visual displays
- Support inventory & daily store operations
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of retail sales experience
- Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and PH
- Passionate about sports and outdoor activities
- Positive attitude, energetic, team player, strong communication & customer service skills
- Leadership experience (for Senior role)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
