Retail Sales Associate (Kallang / office hours)

• Provide general administrative support to the sales team
• Assess customer needs and offer guidance on product features
• Prepare quotations and costings
• Assist the sales team with order processing and delivery coordination
• Support the sales and project teams in preparing samples
• Plan delivery schedules and monitor order and delivery status
• Track and report on all pending quotations and orders
• Handle and respond to customer and internal emails
• Update quotations and costings in the company's management system
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
