AVAILABLE POSITIONS

1️⃣ Retail Operations Assistant / Cashier

For individuals starting out in retail or with 1-2 years of experience.

Key duties include:

• . Customer service and product support
• . Operating POS systems
• . Receiving, replenishing and maintaining store displays
• . Conducting stock checks, expiry checks & housekeeping
• . Supporting promotions at the cashier counter

2️⃣ Retail Supervisor / Senior Retail Assistant

For those with 2-3 years of supervisory experience.

Key duties include:

• . Leading daily store operations
• . Supervising retail staff and guiding new hires
• . Handling escalated customer matters
• . Ensuring SOP compliance and efficient floor management
• . Supporting inventory accuracy and operational improvements

3️⃣ Assistant Retail Operations Manager / Retail Operations Manager

For experienced retail leaders with strong operational acumen.

Key duties include:

• . Overseeing multiple outlets and driving operational KPIs
• . Reviewing weekly/monthly sales performance
• . Leading, mentoring and evaluating store teams
• . Implementing promotions, merchandising and outlet productivity plans
• . Planning manpower and ensuring seamless operations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• . Retail Assistant / Cashier: Secondary level
• . Supervisor: Nitec / Diploma preferred
• . Assistant Manager & Operations Manager: Diploma and above
