Retail Assistant

Job Description:

• To actively promote Xiaomi and Xiaomi partners products and services, as
• well as other products and services
• To handle customers enquiries on products and services
• Serving customers and processing sales transactions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product
• features
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in all assigned areas
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Handle returns of merchandise
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Comply with inventory control procedures

Administration:

• Ensure all correct details are entered in POS System.
• Ensure correct sale report of amount & quantities
• Ensure regular checking of promo prices in system
• Ensure daily recording
• Check monthly prices is correctly updated
• Assist in monthly online review of items (check prices are correct, remove
• EOL or out-of-stock items)
• Always ensure good & clean counter
• Tidy up store room + stock returns (if any)
• To check all demo units are fully charged

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of wireless and internet solutions would be an advantage
• Positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service quality to
• customers
• Willing to work retail working hours and on weekends and public holidays
• Responsible and hardworking.
• Self-driven and able to work under pressure and able to work independently
• Self-motivated and possess initiative to achieve targets set
