Barista / Service Crew (FT or PT)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, to a high standard.
• Operate coffee machines and other equipment with care and precision.
• Ensure consistent quality of drinks by following recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
• Take orders, served food and beverages professionally, and handle payment through POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is an advantage, but not required (training provided).
• Passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills in English
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
