We are currently seeking Senior / Retail Associates for various specializations, including sports, footwear, home & living, jewelry, and beauty.

Job Responsibilities:

• Representing the Company as a Brand Ambassador.
• Create loyalty to the branding through consistently high communication quality.
• Demonstrates sales growth and contributes a significant portion of overall sales in the store.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and hit monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist in confirmation of payment for committed sales or deposit collection.
• Verify order information and handover of information to Stores for order fulfillment.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
• Fully support and align with all key business initiatives and new product launches.
• Adhere to corporate standards and directives.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of relevant customer service/customer handling experience.
• Relevant retail experience is a plus.
• Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to commit to rotating shifts, including PHs and weekends
