Job Description

☑ Salary: $3200 - $3400 + Bonus

☑ Working hours: 8 Hour Shift

☑ Work Location: Bendemeer (Near MRT)

☑ Good Staff Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Outlet Manager in daily outlet operations and staff scheduling.

  • Lead, motivate and coach team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and company standards.

  • Support recruitment, staff training, time management and payroll matters.

  • Assist with outlet marketing activities and sales strategies.

  • Monitor outlet sales, profitability and overall performance.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma and or minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in F&B/Retail operations

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience

  • Must be able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
