Your Role

• Lead and support the FOH team to deliver professional, warm, attentive service
• Manage daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow
• Coach and train team members to uphold service standards
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care, turning challenges into positive experiences
• Work closely with management to anticipate busy periods and maintain high standards of hospitality
• Manage finances and control costs
• Develop business leads via sustainable relationships
• Drive customer satisfaction and improve market position
• Maintain a positive and inclusive working environment for all team members in the venue
