Position: Store Manager (Modern Casual Korean Restaurant)

About Us
Wonderful Bapsang is a modern casual Korean restaurant newly opening at Suntec City in October 2025. We are committed to bringing authentic Korean flavors in a vibrant, customer-friendly dining environment. As we expand, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our opening team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback effectively.
- Monitor daily sales, POS records, and prepare operational reports.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
- Support marketing campaigns, menu launches, and in-store promotions.
- Collaborate with headquarters and other departments (HR, Finance, Marketing).
Requirements
- Prior experience in F&B management or supervisory roles (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
- Knowledge of Korean cuisine or prior Korean restaurant experience will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as per roster.
