Job Description

Ensuring that the service provided meets the standards expected by guests.
Guiding and developing new servers to improve service quality.
Addressing requests that exceed standard server interactions.
Offering additional courses, wine selections, and finishing courses to enhance the dining experience.
Overseeing the stock of food and beverage supplies.
Ensuring the dining area is clean and hygienic.
Addressing and resolving any issues that may arise during service
Building guest loyalty and gathering constructive feedback.
Ensuring that the kitchen is aware of the front-of-house needs.
Providing regular training for staff to maintain service quality and knowledge.Keeping track of costs and ensuring the establishment financial goals are met.
Creating and implementing service policies to enhance guest experience.
Adhering to local regulations and brand standards as required.
