Job Description

Hi,

We are hiring a captain/supervisor for our restaurant

Requirement:
At least 3 year relevant experience in a International Buffet Restaurant
Experience with Fnb in a hotel environment is a must
Experience in planning and executing dinner events or wine pairing events
Able to work on shift
Able to work on weekends

Able to do stock take and ordering of restaurant supplies
Experience with VIP customer management
