Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and attend to customer requests promptly.
- Ensure tables, dining areas and service stations are clean, organised and properly set up.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally, escalating issues when required.
- For Captain-level duties, assist with daily operations, guide service crew and support the supervisor in maintaining service standards.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in F&B, restaurant, hotel or hospitality operations is preferred.
- Good customer service and communication skills with a positive service attitude.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- For Captain role, prior team-leading or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to operational requirements.
