We are looking for Restaurant Assistant Manager for our Canadian 2 for 1 Pizza (Halal) Dine-in restaurant located at 83 Kampong Bahru road.
Jobs Description
- Oversee day to day restaurant operations
- Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent performance
- Assist with staff scheduling
- Be hands-on and exercise control during operational hours to ensure smooth service flow
- Meet and greet customers and organise table reservations
- Ensure appearance, cleanliness and set-up of the restaurant is properly maintained.
- To work closely with the Restaurant Manager
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior/management
Job Requirement
- Minimum 1-2 years of F&B restaurant experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with team members
- Able to work on weekends/shift/PH
