We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager (Floor) to support front-of-house operations and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves supervising service staff, handling guest interactions, and assisting the Manager in running smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily floor operations to ensure efficient and smooth service.
  • Supervise, guide, and motivate floor staff, including rostering and training.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and hygiene standards.
  • Support in cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily reports.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless dining experiences.
  • Assist in implementing promotions, events, and special functions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B service or front-of-house operations.
  • Prior supervisory or team leader experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling preferred.
  • Knowledge of Singapore F&B hygiene and workplace safety standards is a plus.
