Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager (Floor) to support front-of-house operations and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves supervising service staff, handling guest interactions, and assisting the Manager in running smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily floor operations to ensure efficient and smooth service.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate floor staff, including rostering and training.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction at all times.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and hygiene standards.
- Support in cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless dining experiences.
- Assist in implementing promotions, events, and special functions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B service or front-of-house operations.
- Prior supervisory or team leader experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling preferred.
- Knowledge of Singapore F&B hygiene and workplace safety standards is a plus.
