Resident Technical Officer

Job Description:

1. Supervise M&E installation works (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fireprotection, ELV).
2. . Ensurecompliance with approved drawings, specifications, and Building andConstruction Authority requirements.
3. . Conduct siteinspections, quality checks, and material verification.
4. . Witnesstesting & commissioning (T&C) and SAT.
5. . Coordinatewith all trades and specialist contractors.
6. . Monitorprogress and submit site reports.
7. . Ensuresafety and statutory compliance with SCDF and relevant authorities.
8. . Assist inTOP/CSC documentation and handover.

Requirements:
1.Should have at least three(3) years of relevant experience as a M&E RTO, of which at least two years shall be in the supervision of works similar in nature to works in the Civil Contract.
2.Should have a diploma in the mechanical/electrical discipline with qualification accredited by the Commissioner of Building Control and accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS.
