Project Manager (Plumbing & Sanitary)

Job Description & Requirements

Liaise with all parties including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main contractor, Sub-contractors & Suppliers.

Preparation of Progress Claims.

Resolve engineering issues.

Attend meetings with Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main contractor, Sub-contractors & Suppliers.

Study drawings, plans, specifications and scope of work.

Monitoring closely of construction work progress, materials, plant and equipment.

Prepare VO documents & maintain VO schedule.

Ensure quality standard and safety requirements are adhered to.

Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled.

Requirements:

Able to communicate effectively at all levels.

Preferred Licensed Plumber but not necessary.
