Be overall in charge of the management and control of ALL Site Supervisors, including those of OTHER disciplines
Provide leadership and administrative control of the other Site Supervisors, institute and maintain discipline, punctuality and keep proper site records.
Review all project drawings and specifications and raise any discrepancies if any.
Ensure that the contractors carry out their work in compliance with Building Control Act and Regulations, Codes of Practices and requirements of building authorities and government agencies,
Attend all project meetings, site, progress and design/technical meetings as required, site demonstrations, witness testing and commissioning, and to keep proper minutes or notes of these meetings as directed.
Observe and comply with site safety, and submit all reports as directed and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner.
Requirements
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent or accreditation recognised by PEB Singapore
Registered as Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES
About 3 to 10 years of relevant site supervision experience as a resident engineer.
