Description
The Resident Technical Officer - Archi will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulations, and providing support to the project team throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage technical aspects of architectural projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance on construction practices and standards.
- Prepare and review technical documentation and reports related to the projects.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in architectural design or construction management.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Must be accredited with IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC)
