Responsibilities
- Be overall in charge of the management and control of ALL Site Supervisors, including those of OTHER disciplines
- Provide leadership and administrative control of the other Site Supervisors, institute and maintain discipline, punctuality and keep proper site records.
- Review all project drawings and specifications and raise any discrepancies if any.
- Ensure that the contractors carry out their work in compliance with Building Control Act and Regulations, Codes of Practices and requirements of building authorities and government agencies,
- Attend all project meetings, site, progress and design/technical meetings as required, site demonstrations, witness testing and commissioning, and to keep proper minutes or notes of these meetings as directed.
- Observe and comply with site safety, and submit all reports as directed and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent or accreditation recognised by PEB Singapore;
- Registered as Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES;
- At least 3.3 to 10 years of relevant site supervision experience as a resident engineer.
