Proposal Engineer

Job Description:-

. Experience in Tender Processes and online submission, etc.,

. Preparing Technical and Commercial Proposals with costing and estimation.

. Pre-Qualification procedures and thorough knowledge in tender scope & terms and conditions.

. Experience in Mechanical, Piping & associated works

. PID, Isometric, GA, 3D drawings interpretation, Preparing Bill of Materials and sourcing suppliers / vendors.

. Communication & Negotiating skill and liaison with Clients and Subcons.

. Knowledge in Authority regulations & requirements.

. Understanding of workflow and sequence for preparing the Technical & Commercial Proposals and experience in documentation standards

. Experience and knowledge in Plant Construction, Operation and Maintenance shall

be an added advantage.

Requirements

. Preferably Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years experience or Diploma with 10 years in Engineering & Construction industry.

. 3 to 5 years experience in cost estimation and preparing technical & commercial proposal documents.

. Software skills: MS-Office / MS-Projects / CAD
