Coordinate construction activities for offshore structures, modules, piping, mechanical, and E&I systems in line with project requirements.
Develop, review, and implement construction work packs, lift plans, installation methods, and construction procedures.
Interface effectively with design, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontracting teams to ensure project design intent and constructability are realized in the field.
Supervise and monitor fabrication, assembly, and installation work at fabrication yards (Singapore) and/or offshore sites, resolving technical and site queries as needed.
Track progress against schedules, flag issues and risks, and work with the team to develop recovery plans as necessary.
Implement and promote strong HSE practices, supporting toolbox talks, site safety inspections, and risk assessments.
Support commissioning, pre-commissioning, and start-up activities by collaborating with engineering and operations teams.
Maintain accurate records, including daily progress reports, inspection documentation, as-built markups, and handover packages.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Construction, or related Engineering discipline.
5 - 10 years experience in construction engineering, preferably with offshore oil & gas or EPC projects.
Solid understanding of offshore fabrication, modular assembly, and installation processes.
Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (API, ASME, ISO, DNV) and construction industry best practices.
Effective coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills in a multidisciplinary project environment.
Proficient with project management/tracking software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality compliance.
