Overseeing architectural work, supervise architectural works on site to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and local regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress, workmanship and materials used.
Meeting and coordinate with client, consultants, contractors, and REs/RTOs to resolve architectural or technical issues.
Review and endorse architectural shop drawings, samples, and method statements, reports. Prepare and maintain project documentation
Project management, ensure timely progress of architectural works, budgets, resources and assist in resolving site constraints or discrepancies.
Report site issues, non-compliances, and defects to the QP (Qualified Person) and project team.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 8 years architectural experience with Degree in relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.
