Job Description

Primary Objective

To acquire and service clients to achieve and exceed the Bank's defined sales goals and revenue
To provide personal financial advice and on-going servicing of clients to deepend client relationship and to maximise business opportunities

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition

Organise, execute and participate in sales activities and programs
Solicit new customers or increasing product penetration in existing base to achieve and exceed Bank's defined goals and revenue
Participate and support consumer sales marketing activities for customers acquisition and retention

Client Servicing

Perform ongoing servicing of client accounts and identify any potential opportunities for extending basic and priority banking services
Promote the Bank's products and services
Cross-sell to existing bank customers to expand customer's share of wallet
Adhering to high service level
Promptly attend to customer's enquiries and other servicing matters

Compliance and Regulations

Adhere to banks and regulatory requirements and uphold strong customer service experience
Ensure sales are conducted in accordance with the internal and external regulatory requirements
