About the Company
We are looking for motivated and resourceful loan brokers to join our team. No prior experience is required as comprehensive on-the-job training and guidance will be provided. In this role, you'll connect SMEs and individuals with suitable lenders, assess their needs, recommend financing options, and guide them through the loan process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships within the SME sector
- Source new clients through cold calling, referrals, and networking
- Understand clients financial needs and recommend suitable financing solutions
- Manage and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners
- Handle ongoing funding applications and follow-ups
- Ensure proper advisory practices, accurate documentation, and compliance with company processes
- Participate in structured training and ongoing support
Requirements
- Singaporeans only
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently while being a team player
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Existing client network or leads is a plus
- 100% commission-based, no cap on earnings
- 4-day work week
