A multinational bank in Singapore is looking for a Relationship Manager to join their established retail banking team. The bank prides itself on its strong branding in the market and excellent working and people culture.
Your new role
. Conduct high level fact find and consultative financial analysis to understand personal banking client financial background and recommend wealth management products to help clients to meet their mid to long term financial objective.
. Provides timely updates and quality after sales service that leads repeat purchase and/or referral. Provide servicing resolutions help to establish and maintain long term relationships with client from personal to priority banking level.
. Serve clients from personal banking to potential private banking, advise and recommend client different wealth management products to maximise return and/or achieving long term financial goals in accordance to client's risk appetite and financial objective.
. Relationship building with clients by providing timely updates and propose alternative investment instruments based on client's profile. Product recommendations tailored towards client's individual needs and maximise portfolio return and achieve overall capital growth on client's wealth
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will need to have excellent interpersonal skill, problem solving and good customer relationship management skills. You will need to be self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative, be driven and resilient.
