Job Responsibilities:

- Assist Relationship Managers in managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing personalized financial solutions.

- Preparation of financial analyses and position trackers

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery

- Assist in conducting client reviews, identifying opportunities for cross-selling financial products and services.

- Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.

- Support administrative tasks related to account opening, client's account review, documentation, and client servicing.

- Assist in resolving client inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Participate in client events and presentations to enhance relationship with clients.

We're looking for:

- Poly fresh grad with diploma in Accounting, Business, or a related field.

- Willing to work on flexible schedule.

- Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
