Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead and execute our sales strategy, manage the customer acquisition process, and drive portfolio growth by meeting or exceeding sales and cross-sell targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong client relationships across regional or Middle Eastern financial institutions, NBIs, corporates, central banks, pension funds, sovereign entities, asset managers, insurance companies, and both Islamic and conventional counterparties.

This network should support the diversification of our treasury counterparties in both placement and lending activities.

Experience in interest rate derivatives or FX/money market book management will be considered a significant advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of banking standards, products, and services.
  • Solid understanding of KYC/AML guidelines, SBP policies and circulars, as well as MAS policies and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.
  • Effective time management skills with the capability to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • High mobility, with the majority of time spent engaging clients in the field.
  • Additional responsibilities may include Asset & Liability Management, Debt Issuance Programs, Lending, and Trade-related activities.
  • Preferably 5-6 years of banking or relevant experience, particularly in a liability sales role.
