Job Summary
Lead regional technical operations, strengthen the Singapore team, and drive technical capabilities, automation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical and field service operations across Singapore and region
- Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting, installation, and service issues
- Stabilise and develop the Singapore technical team groom future technical leaders
- Build technical capabilities and implement automation/digital solutions
- Support regional projects and collaborate with cross-country teams
- Drive process improvements, SOPs, and service quality standards
- Support business growth through technical solutions and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field
- 8-10 years experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Strong technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in automation/process improvement is an advantage
- Able to work across regions and travel when required
