This role will drive impactful talent management initiatives, focusing on building leadership pipelines, fostering employee growth, and enhancing engagement across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement global talent frameworks, programs, and processes.
- Lead annual talent reviews and regional development councils.
- Drive succession planning, career pathways, and pipeline development.
- Manage global and regional programs (leadership initiatives, young talent, international development experiences).
- Partner with HR and business leaders to align regional talent programs with global strategy.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across talent practices.
- Leverage HR data and systems to provide insights and enhance processes.
- Support employer branding, engagement initiatives, and leadership forums.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in talent management or related HR areas (succession, assessments, workforce analytics, talent development).
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience with talent management tools and organizational change.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
