Partnering with an esteemed client in hiring a Talent Management Manager to be part of the HR team. This will be an individual contributor role focusing on experienced hire portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with key stakeholders in developing the global Talent Management strategy
- Execute Talent Management processes, frameworks, systems, program, and initiatives to support business growth in the talent pool
- Spearhead talent development, succession planning, HiPo, talent identification, and leadership development program
- Support the development of individual roadmaps by facilitating and tracking talent rotations, monitoring progress of development plans, and conducting career conversations to guide professional growth
- Analyze related data and metrics to derive insights on effectiveness of talent management programmes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Management, or related
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in Talent Management role
- Experience in Talent Assessment, Succession Planning, and Performance Management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for global collaboration
