Job Summary
Lead and execute annual business plans with full P&L responsibility across assigned countries, managing sales, marketing budgets, distributor relations, and commercial initiatives to drive growth in Food, Home & Personal Care categories.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and implement annual business plans for South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, China, Singapore, and Australia to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Manage full P&L accountability for Food, Home & Personal Care product lines in assigned countries
- Develop and oversee sales, advertising, and marketing budgets, ensuring effective execution of promotional activities
- Coordinate operations in assigned countries and develop mid-term strategies to support business growth
- Execute commercial initiatives with distributors, ensuring compliance with group guidelines and policies
- Forecast, analyze, and report sales data by product and country to inform strategic decisions
- Monitor distributor orders and payments, organized by category, to maintain financial accuracy and operational efficiency
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrated commercial skills in sales or trade marketing within FMCG companies
- In-depth knowledge of Tuna, Home Care, and Personal Care categories, specifically in distributor business development
- Proven experience managing distributor relationships across the Far East and Australia
- Data-driven and goal-oriented approach to negotiating and managing business in diverse cultural environments
- Willingness to travel regularly to assigned countries
- Fluent English communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of additional languages beyond English is advantageous
