As a Regional Sales Manager, you will maximise sales growth and profitability for the Wound Care business in Indonesia. You will also enhance the pipeline and strengthen resilience for the Wound Care in Indonesia.

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

What You'll Do

  • Achievement of the defined financial targets of the WC business in Indonesia.
  • Accountable for sales forecasting, regular review sales progress and proactive to develop and sales strategy base on situation change.
  • Identify and Increase KOL, users in assigned territory.
  • Provide input in setting sales targets and budgets for the region.
  • Provide a complete analysis of the market in assigned territory as it relates to AWC and the barriers to expand the business.
  • Communicate local change of business volumes to marketing and supply chain.
  • Monitor and report competitor activity and product strategies in the region.
  • Monitor sales performance.
  • Monitor and review the progress of pipeline opportunities regularly and ensure of data input accuracy.
  • Develop and secure the integrity and ethical standard of the sales force to ensure that Molnlycke is viewed as a professional partner for our customers.
  • Implement and maintain sales and marketing concepts, arguments, claims and local pricing strategy to ensure profits in line with or above budget/forecast.
  • Increase the profile of Molnlycke through establishment of high-level contacts within allocated region.
  • Gathering market data and information by account and provide input to marketing team to develop local strategic and tactical plans to achieve business targets.

  • Degree qualified; substantial experience in Medical device sales and 8 years in sales & people management
  • Leadership skills

  • Competent in excel to a level where data can be manipulated and assessed using pivot tables, charts & formulas.

  • Working proficiency in English language
