Job Description

Your role as an APAC Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the APAC Region, promoting company's portfolio products and building strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background with experience in selling Water-Steam Cycle equipments and solutions, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. This individual will work closely with customers in the Power, Industrial and the Oil&Gas industries to provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:

  • Generate new business opportunities and conduct day-to-day sales related activities of products and services, including Deaerators, Burners, Boilers and Aftermarket business for the industrial, Power & Oil and Gas markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
  • Identify key prospects and close sales deals in a timely and efficient manner.

Technical Consultation & Solution Design:

  • Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to design and ensure the proper solutions to Client requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to showcase the value of products and services to customers.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the lead to contract process.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market demands and opportunities within the region and focus markets.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and progress against targets.
  • Lead the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations, ensuring competitive and profitable solutions.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

  • Work closely with engineering, project management, and service teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on the Power, Oil&Gas or industrial equipment related to Water-Steam Cycle applications with proven experience in selling complex technical products or services.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Water-Steam Cycle and related equipment like Burners, Boilers, Deaerators.

Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets with excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
