We are seeking an experienced and strategic sales professional to lead regional growth initiatives for a specialty chemical product line across Southeast Asia. This role involves managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning regional efforts with global commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and revenue growth across Southeast Asia for a key specialty chemical product line.
- Develop and implement sales strategies in line with global objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to optimize sales performance and pricing approaches.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth coordination of supply chain, pricing, logistics, and after-sales support.
- Deliver regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years experience in B2B sales or business development within the chemicals or materials industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the Southeast Asia region and beyond.
