Job Description

Our client is a leading firm, looking for a Regional IT Support Engineer to join their technology team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on technical support, infrastructure management and collaborating with global colleagues.

What Youll Do:

  • Keep the IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud platforms) stable, secure, and high-performing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues (hardware, software, connectivity) across multiple environments.
  • Manage updates, patches, backups, and system monitoring to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Partner with regional and global IT teams to roll out new tools and projects.
  • Document processes, incidents, and fixes to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing.

What Youll Bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, systems, or technical support.
  • Solid knowledge of infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPNs, and collaboration tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to incident management.
  • Certifications like ITIL, CCNA, Azure Fundamentals, or CompTIA are a bonus.
