Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, performance tracking and reporting across Asia Pacific markets. This role works closely with finance and business stakeholders to deliver accurate analysis, insights and decision support that contribute to business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting and periodic planning cycles for assigned business units or regions.
  • Prepare and analyse financial performance reports, identifying key variances, trends and business drivers.
  • Partner with country finance teams and stakeholders to support business initiatives and provide data-driven insights.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports, dashboards and performance summaries.
  • Support process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency and data consistency.
  • Contribute to investment evaluations, scenario analysis and ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
  • Ensure alignment with internal financial policies, reporting standards and timelines.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline; professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) are an advantage but not mandatory.
  • 36 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting or commercial finance roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with solid Excel proficiency; experience with ERP or reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Hyperion, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
