Senior Regional FP&A Analyst, Medical Devices Multinational

Our client, a leading global medical devices multinational, is searching for a Regional FP&A Senior Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic finance team and play a key role in driving strategic insights and supporting decision-making across the Asia-Pacific region.

In this role, you will lead regional financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, while providing in-depth analysis of business performance to identify trends and opportunities. You will partner closely with commercial and operational teams to deliver actionable insights and support strategic projects that shape the future of the business. Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regional reporting standards will also be a critical part of your responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA being an advantage. You should bring at least 5 years of FP&A experience within a multinational environment, strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and Excel. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
