Regional FP&A Analyst (APAC) - Singapore

Overview:
The Regional FP&A Analyst will support end-to-end financial planning and analysis across the APAC region, driving visibility into business performance and supporting strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
. Lead regional financial reporting and performance analysis, preparing monthly and quarterly reports and KPIs.
. Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial plans.
. Provide insights and analytical support for strategic initiatives, investments, and business decisions.
. Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and hybrid reports (Excel and digital tools).
. Partner with country teams to monitor inventory, distributor performance, and regional trends.

Requirements:
. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field CPA/ACCA preferred.
. 4-6 years experience in FP&A or regional finance within a distribution, industrial, or B2B environment.
. Strong analytical, Excel, and financial modelling skills experience with BI/reporting tools a plus.
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
